ULTRA One Day - 90 Pack StarTrack Courier Service

StarTrack Courier was terrible, I had my order sent out in two different package, the first one didn't even attempt to arrive my place, I had to pick it up myself. The second was even worse, the first tracking link they sent me had an error, so I waited a few days until I wrote email to track and found they left the package downstairs without a signature (when the instruction clearing asks not to leave parcel and need signature) and led to the parcel being stolen by food delivery, I only found out after days of tracking and cctv from the management. I lost 200 worth of lense in this order, which I won't be buying here again. Buycontacts online did help by tracking but has no reply after that. Won't be buying here if they still uses StarTrack and has no insurance when this kind of things happen.
